Camp Refund Policy
REFUNDS:
By purchasing your registration through our online platform, you are agreeing to pay for the camp in full and in return your athlete will have a confirmed spot in our camp. There will be no refunds for camp purchases. We realize that situations arise and any cancellation will receive a credit in the amount of the purchase that will go towards a QBT camp purchase for a future date. Please email info@qbtakeover.com and we will work out the best option on a case-by-case basis.
CANCELED CAMP(S):
If a camp is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
RESCHEDULED/POSTPONED CAMP(S):
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your registration(s) are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to registrants notifying them of any available refund options for the event. If you have a registration to a camp that has been postponed for more than 60 days—and no rescheduled dates have been announced – a 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.

Training/Program Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Private Training Sessions, Private Training Packages and Group Training Programs are nonrefundable.
PAYMENT POLICY
All payments for scheduled training/program session(s) will be paid upfront.
By registering for a program, you are agreeing to the length of the program and that you will be attending the program even in the event that you are paying on a payment plan.
If a payment is not received for a training session 24 hours before the scheduled training, the training session will be canceled and only re-scheduled at the discretion of Quarterback Takeover.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If an athlete needs to cancel a session, they must do so 24 hours in advance to receive the ability to reschedule that session or receive a refund for that session. If an athlete cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, the payment for that session will not be eligible for a refund and will only receive consideration for a reschedule at the discretion of Quarterback Takeover.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If an athlete needs to reschedule a session, they may do so through our scheduling platform up until 24 hours before the scheduled session. If after the 24 hour period, the consideration for rescheduling is at the discretion of Quarterback Takeover.

QUARTERBACK TAKEOVER LLC does not offer refunds on our merch items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or are looking for a different size or exchange, please contact info@qbtakeover.com
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email info@qbtakeover.com for additional information with the exchange process.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
QUARTERBACK TAKEOVER LLC does not not offer refunds or returns on any order/items deemed final sale. If your purchase is made during a sales event, the order and the items associated to that order are not eligible for an exchange.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
